In House EMC Monitoring Support

The aim of the service is to maintain the uptime of the systems under contract, in keeping with vendor best practises. At a cost way below the vendor's renewal quote.

Prior to the go live date of the contract we will inspect the systems, review logs to analyse the data and configure monitoring tools to convert alert codes into support tickets to manage any issue as effectively and as rapidly as possible. As well as us monitoring the system, we perform a daily system check where a Primenet engineer will check system logs to make sure that every element of the system is operational, just in case Call Home software hasn’t been able to communicate with us and you.

We will happily tailor an exact SLA to meet your requirements and budget: from 24x7x4 with Software Updates and a one hour response SLA for Priority Level 1 events, to more cost effective Monday- Friday 9-5 contracts with Next Business Day Onsite Engineer support, without Software Updates.

With our EMC Maintenance & Monitoring Support, PrimeNet will be responsible on supplying and keeping in stock replacement parts for all EMC systems under the PrimeNet maintenance and support agreement.
